Week-end review Nov 12
The Erie North Shore Minor Atom team came out flying on Saturday matching up well with a tough Belle River team in the middle of their Southern Swing. The Storm played a well disciplined hard working game, focused on "winning the little battles" and attacking in every zone.

It was that hard working ethic that eventually paid off leading to the only goal (and eventual game winner) scored by Alex Riddiford. The goal was a direct result of the Storm hemming the opposition in deep and pounding the net relentlessly. Without hard work and high energy from the entire team for a full forty-five minutes the Storm would not have been successful. Jackson Ford kicked away sixteen shots while salvaging the win and the shutout. Jackson made a spectacular glove hand save with just over five minutes left in the third which undoubtedly would have switched the tide on the Storm and sealed our fate. The boys kept the pressure on through the rest of the game and socked away a well deserved win against a tough Belle River squad. A well deserved win, solidified by the solid play of everyone.

Good job boys and go STORM go!
