The Storm Minor Peewees gained more strength over the weekend, taking out 2 AA Centres during their path of destruction.

The Storm wanted payback after an earlier season loss to the Cobras, as well as to prove they could play at their level. Things started well when Nate scored half way through the first period to give the Storm a 1-0 lead. The Cobras answered right back with 2 goals in the following minute to take the lead. Owen scored on a pinball goal that went off a post, a stick and a leg to even things up after 1 period.
The Storm took control in the second period when they scored 4 unanswered goals by Cale, Kohen, Ellie and Connor and headed to the third period with a comfortable lead.
The third period featured no scoring but solid forechecking the Team has become known for over the course of this current win streak.

Well the Storm were lucky that Ariana was that good in net on a night where it looked like 2 points was out of reach.
Both Teams played a solid first period but the Storm led 1-0 at the end of it on goal from Cale.
The Storm struggled in the second period and were it not for the solid goaltending display put on by Ariana, the team easily could have been down 2 or 3 goals. The sloppy play continued into the third when the Canadiens tied it up in the first 5 minutes. The Storm improved as the period went on but it looked like the game would end in the draw until Kohen won a corner battle and sent it out front where Cale banged home Connors rebound with 5 seconds left.
