Rowans Law: New Mandatory Concussion Acknowledgement
Attention players and parents of Erie North Shore Minor Hockey.

As of July 1st, 2019 the Ontario government implemented “Rowan’s Act”; a concussion awareness law that requires at least one parent to complete the Ontario Hockey Federation Acknowledgement Form, before their child may participate in the 2019-20 season.

If you have already registered your child for the 2019-20 season, you will need to complete the Ontario Hockey Federation Rowan’s Law Acknowledgement Form. Click here for the form.

If you are part of the ENS travel program, please complete the form and bring it to the arena and give it to your team coach or manager prior to going on the ice for your first practice.

If you are part of the ENS house/local league program, please complete the form and bring it to the arena and give it to the board member/convenor that will be in the lobby prior to the evaluation skates.

Please note that this is MANDATORY and not optional. ENSMHA will not allow any player to participate until the acknowledgement form has been completed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
