ENSMHA RETURN TO PLAY PROTOCOL
In order to strive for a safe return to hockey, ENSMHA requires certain steps to be taken. All parents, guardians and participants are required to review the following information from the Town of Kingsville.

The ENSMHA Covid-19 Acknowledgment & Liability Release Waiver must be completed online, prior to entering the arena for every skill session, practice or game. Failure to complete the waiver will result in no admittance to the arena. A Covid Ambassador will be stationed at the arena entry point and will have a real time digital version of who has completed the form.
 
THIS IS MANDATORY. A NEW FORM MUST BE COMPLETED EACH DAY THAT ENTRY TO THE ARENA IS REQUIRED FOR EACH PARTICIPANT.

Tier One Groupings, based on 2019/2020 'Travel/Rep' Rosters, and current registration numbers (subject to change at the discretion of ENS). All players must be registered in order to participate.
 
Group A: 2011 (1st Skate, Thursday, September 10, 6-650 PM, Kingsville Arena)
