Please note that if you are a new player(i.e. you have NEVER created a Hockey Canada account before) you have to advise the registrar through email at[email protected]. The registrar creates the profile in the members section and when that's done the parent/guardian should then be able to use the online system to create their registration as the player is now "existing".
