2021 Season Update - Refunds
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
Please be advised that September 26 will be the last day that full refunds (less the administration fee) will be processed if you are withdrawing your player due to the OMHA Vaccine Policy or the Town of Essex/Town of Kingsville Vaccine Policies.

The vaccine policies are in place via the Town of Essex for Harrow Arena, and the Town of Kingsville for Kingsville Arena.  OMHA has reported that their mandate of players/coaches to be vaccinated by October 31st, 2021 will be upheld.   As a user of these facilities and because we are mandated by the OMHA, we (ENSMHA) are bound by their rules and have no say in the vaccination policies in place.

It remains the standpoint of ENSMHA that vaccination is a personal choice. You must do what is right for your family. If you decide to withdraw from the program we can set a refund up for you although we would certainly be sorry to see you go!

Our existing policy states that:
Any requests for refunds will be granted based on the following restrictions, less the administrative fee in all circumstances:
1. Prior to the commencement of the season - 100% less administration fee
2. Between commencement of the season and the 1st of November – 50% less administration fee
3. After November 1st, no refund will be provided without first being considered by the Board.

FOR THIS SEASON ONLY we will allow for full refunds (less administration fee) up to and including September 26.  After that, we will follow our policy dates as listed above.  IP participants - because their season has not yet started -  will be granted a cut off date of October 15 for withdrawal with full refund (less administration fee).
