Registration News for the 2022-23 Season – Important Information!!
ENSMHA is happy to announce that registration for the
upcoming season is now OPEN. We have several exciting things to share with you
regarding this:
1. In light of all of the challenges we have had in the past couple of years, there will be no increase in registration fees this year. While our costs have gone up (like so many other things these days), we did not want to share that burden with our members in an effort to fully return every ENSMHA participant to the ice this year. The Board has been very mindful of ensuring this can happen.
2. Just today we received communication from OMHA that the vaccine policies set in place requiring members to be fully vaccinated to play will not be in effect in the new season. That means that the vaccine policy will not be in effect for Spring Evaluations.
3. In January we were forced to put a pause on programming due to Covid restrictions. As a result, players for this season will see a refund* - those who played with a travel team will receive a credit for $350.00 and those who played Local League will receive a credit for $100.00. These credits will be applied to your PlayPay* account. THIS WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO PROCESS. As such, we ask that you only pay half of your fee when registering if your credit is not yet showing.
*Players who were registered in U21 this year are not eligible for the refund due to the existing discounted rates already received by those players.
*It is important that you use the same account as last year to see this credit (i.e. use the same email address and do not create a new account – doing so will make the process longer and harder to track).
4.We are very excited to announce that our partnership with Skill2Speed will continue in the new season for our IP members. This is an important program and aligns with our vision and goals of continuing to make ENSMHA a strong and secure centre for the years to come. We remain focused on building from the ground up and creating a strong foundation for ENSMHA.
5.Early Bird pricing will be in effect until May 31st, 2022 – you will receive $100.00 off of the regular season price if you are registered and paid by this date. June 1st, prices will return to normal. After August 31st you will be assessed a $50.00 late fee.
