We received the following communication from the Municipality of Chatham Kent. For any games or practices in Wheatley for the next couple weeks please bring your own drinking water to the games:
Good afternoon everyone,
Please be advised the communities of Wheatley and Tilbury
are currently under a boil water advisory as declared by Chatham-Kent Public
Health. Water at Wheatley Arena and Tilbury Arena will not be safe for
drinking. Please do not expect to fill up your water bottles at those
arenas. Water can be used for showers and hand washing only. This
advisory does not impact any other arenas.
A notice will be sent to groups once this advisory is
