Erie North Shore Minor Hockey is pleased to announce that Essex County Local League has approved a change that will enable those players interested to play a 4th year of midget local league. For the upcoming season, players born in 2000 will be eligible to play midget.

Erie North Shore Minor Hockey is pleased to announce that the
Essex County Local League have passed a motion of its intention to set up a new
1/2 ice based Tyke division as part of the local league offering for all the 7
Year Old's (2011's) for the upcoming 2018/19 hockey Season.
Tyke Local
League season will tentatively run from November thru March allowing for a 6
week development season prior to start of the local league.
The Erie and Local league Board will be working in co-ordination with OMHA and
the participating centres to design a seasonal structure that will create a fun
1/2 ice environment that supports OMHA and Hockey Canada's Long-Term Player
Development Model.
Expect additional details about the league by
September!
