On Friday Night (November 11), the Erie Storm Select 7 faced-off against a strong Tecumseh squad. The Storm started the first
period very enthusiastic with a positive attitude. The team played
hard and showed improvement from the last game. The
defensemen worked well to guard our net and the wingmen were
in place to get shots on the other team. Marcus Stanley
displayed great goaltending ability.
During the second period, Logan Munger scored on a break away to give the Storms their first goal. The Storm also introduced two players to the Storm fans: Zayne Boughazale and Martin Ash. Both players worked hard and brought some new energy to the team's efforts. Tecumseh was a challenging opponent, but our Storm was able to get the puck, stop shots and take shots on Tecumseh‘s net. In the end, Tecumseh won the game. Our Storm players showed good improvement. Good job and keep it up Storm!
