Weather the storm
Friday night your minor atom team struggled to find their legs against the Southpoint Capitals and succumbed to a 3-1 loss.
After getting our act together your Storm played Riverside for their 2nd game of their 3 game weekend. Even with everything going for them: skating, passing, shotting, rebounding, goaltending and good defensive play, our team fell short 7-4. They skated off with their heads held high knowing that they did everything they could have done - they played as a united team and they where a "storm" to be reckoned with. Unfortunately, our last game of the weekend did not fair out as well. Having used all of our gas the day before we couldn't keep up with them and fell short 7-1. We are in Fort Erie this weekend for a tournament and hope to show those Eastern teams how we play down here in the South...GO STORM!
